This image shows the menu bar at the top with the check-in, Math Lesson, Homework & Activities, and Closing panels. The image shows one panel that pops up when the user clicks check-in, and the same idea applies to the other menu bar items. The student cannot see the menu bar or its items; only the tutor can.
This image is the redesigned menu I created using Softr, integrating Airtable for the activities. The user would paste the softr link into a cobrowser with the Check-in, Lesson Pathway, Homework & Activities, and Closing menu items as tabs. This allows for a better experience, as both the tutor and tutee can work together to find an activity that is best for the tutee. The tutor can also use the “Tags” to filter activities by grade levels.
